We recommend that participants take the Adobe InDesign CS3 courses in the following order: Introduction & Typesetting first, Modifying & Finalizing Basic Documents second; Layout & Advanced Typography third; Tables & Long Documents fourth; Advanced Setup & Advanced Color fifth; and Publishing last.

InDesign CS3 1: Introduction & Typesetting
Recommended Prerequisite: General knowledge of the Windows or Macintosh operating environment
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Create customized versions of a document by merging data
- Define a spot color
- Create process and spot colors

InDesign CS3 6: Tables & Long Documents
Recommended Prerequisite: InDesign CS3 5: Advanced Setup & Advanced Color

- Preflight and package a document for commercial printing
