Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start of the course. After 48 hours, the full course fee is non-refundable. In case of emergencies, e-mail training@missouri.edu to determine the possibility of a reschedule or refund.

If the enrollee does not attend the course and does not have an emergency, no refund is available

Parking Policy

Parking on campus can be a challenge. Allow extra time before class to park and walk to the classroom. Parking is available only in metered spaces on the top floor of the Hitt St. Parking Garage. The meters are located at the stairwells so know your parking space number when using the machine. The tag you receive will need to be displayed in your car. Division of IT (formerly IAT Services) Training is not responsible for parking tickets. Tickets range from $15 to $35.
